Asset Vault is an offline-first inventory management application developed and published by Lumina Logic Studio.
This Privacy Policy explains how Asset Vault accesses, stores, uses, and shares information when you use the application.
1. Developer Information
Developer: Lumina Logic Studio (PT Lumina Logic Studio)
Application: Asset Vault
Android application ID: com.luminalogic.assetvault

2. Overview
Asset Vault is an offline-first inventory management application. It allows users to record asset names, descriptions, quantities, locations, barcodes, values, dates, images, and related notes.
Asset Vault does not require an account, does not provide cloud synchronization, and does not automatically upload inventory information to Lumina Logic Studio or any cloud service.
3. Information Stored Locally
Information entered into Asset Vault may include:
- Item names and descriptions
- Quantities
- Locations, cabinets, and boxes
- Barcodes
- Brands, conditions, tags, and notes
- Purchase prices and current values
- Purchase and warranty dates
- Locally selected or captured images
- Document references entered by the user
This information is stored locally on your Android device in an SQLite database and application storage. Lumina Logic Studio does not operate a server that stores your inventory records.
4. Camera and Barcode Access
Asset Vault may request camera access when you choose to:
- Take a photograph of an asset
- Scan a barcode or QR code
Camera access is used only for the feature selected by you. Barcode and QR code scanning is performed locally on the device.
You may use the main inventory features without granting camera access.
5. Photos and Files
When you choose an image from your gallery, Asset Vault uses the Android system photo picker or image selection interface.
When you choose to restore a backup, Asset Vault uses the Android file picker to access the ZIP file selected by you.
Selected photos and files are accessed only to provide the feature you requested. Asset Vault does not scan your entire gallery or file system for unrelated purposes.
6. Image URLs
Asset Vault allows you to enter an image URL manually.
If you enter an image URL, your device may connect to that URL to load and display the image. The website or server hosting that image may receive information such as your IP address, device request information, and standard server logs.
Image URLs may use HTTP or HTTPS. You should not enter confidential information into an image URL. Third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
7. Export, Backup, and Sharing
Asset Vault provides features to export or share information through Android’s sharing interface, including:
- PDF reports
- CSV files
- ZIP backups
- Asset images
- Application links
Sharing is initiated by the user. When you explicitly choose to export or share a file, the selected content is transferred to the application, person, or service that you select.
A backup or exported file may contain inventory records, asset descriptions, prices, notes, barcodes, and images. Lumina Logic Studio does not control how the receiving application or third-party service subsequently handles the shared content.
8. Email and Website Links
If you choose “Contact Support,” Asset Vault opens the email application installed on your device. Any message, address, attachment, or information you send is handled by your email provider and the recipient of the message.
Asset Vault may also open external website links, including the privacy policy website and the Google Play Store. External websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
9. Information We Do Not Collect
Lumina Logic Studio does not intentionally collect through Asset Vault:
- Inventory records
- Asset photos
- Contacts
- Precise location
- Microphone recordings
- Advertising identifiers
- Analytics data
- Behavioral tracking data
- Crash telemetry
- Account credentials
- Payment information
Asset Vault does not contain advertising or user account registration.
Information may nevertheless be transferred when you intentionally use a feature such as sharing a file, opening an external URL, sending an email, or using a third-party application.
10. Third-Party Libraries and Services
Asset Vault uses third-party libraries to provide functions such as camera and barcode scanning, photo selection, local database storage, file selection, PDF generation and printing, file sharing, and opening external URLs.
These libraries are used to provide application functionality. Asset Vault does not intentionally use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Third-party applications and websites that you choose to use through the Android sharing interface are governed by their own privacy policies.
11. Data Security
Inventory data is stored locally in the application’s SQLite database and app storage.
Asset Vault does not provide encryption for the local database. Backup ZIP files created by the application are also not password-protected or encrypted by Asset Vault.
To help protect your information:
- Use a device PIN, password, or biometric lock
- Do not share backup files with untrusted people
- Store exported files in a secure location
- Delete exported files when they are no longer needed
Data transmitted by external websites or services may be protected by those services using their own security measures. Lumina Logic Studio cannot guarantee the security of third-party applications, websites, email providers, or cloud storage services selected by the user.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Asset Vault stores local inventory data until you:
- Delete the information within the application
- Clear Asset Vault’s application data through Android Settings
- Uninstall Asset Vault
Exported PDF, CSV, ZIP, image, and email copies are stored outside the application and must be deleted separately from the destination application or device.
Because Asset Vault does not provide user accounts or store inventory data on Lumina Logic Studio servers, there is no server-side account deletion process for inventory data.
If you contact Lumina Logic Studio by email, we may retain the correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
13. Children’s Privacy
Asset Vault is not directed to children under the age of 13. Lumina Logic Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Asset Vault.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, data practices, or applicable requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
