Privacy Policy
App: Number Path: Math Adventure

1. Scope and Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to Number Path: Math Adventure (the “App”), published by Lumina Logic. It explains how the App handles information when you use it. Lumina Logic is responsible for the App’s own data handling. This policy does not govern third-party apps, websites, Android services, or Google Play that you may choose to open or use from the App; those services have their own privacy notices.
2. Information the App Does Not Collect
The App does not require registration, login, a profile, or an account. Based on the current release, the App does not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, videos, camera data, microphone recordings, health data, payment information, government identifiers, or advertising identifier. The App has no in-App account system or backend account database.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide gameplay and settings, the App stores the following in local app storage on your device: completed-level progress, best completion times, sound-effect preference, haptic preference, and theme preference. The App uses this information to resume progress, show achievements, save best times, and apply your settings. This information is not submitted to Lumina Logic by the App and is not used to create an online account. The bundled level data is read from the App package and is not user data.
4. Permissions and Device Features
The current release manifest does not request runtime permissions for contacts, location, camera, microphone, phone, SMS, external files, or notifications. The App uses local storage for its preferences, system sound and haptic feedback when enabled, and Android’s standard share sheet when you choose Share. Android and other system components may process technical information needed to provide those platform features under their own policies.
5. Sharing and External Links
If you choose Share, the App passes a fixed invitation message to Android’s share sheet. You choose whether to continue and which third-party app receives it. The App does not choose the recipient and does not receive a copy of the message or information about what you do in the selected app.
If you open the online privacy policy or Google Play listing, the selected browser or Google Play receives and processes that request. Those services may process information such as an IP address, device information, or activity according to their own policies. The App does not control those services.
6. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs
The current release does not include in-App advertising, in-App purchases, cloud save, social login, online matchmaking, or a Lumina Logic analytics or crash-reporting service. The App includes Flutter and the listed open-source/plugin dependencies shown in its release build. Lumina Logic does not intentionally configure those dependencies to collect gameplay data for advertising or analytics. If the App’s code, SDKs, or data practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety section will be reviewed and updated before or when the change is introduced, as applicable.
7. Retention and Deletion
The App retains local progress, best times, and settings until you reset them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Use Settings > Reset progress to remove the stored gameplay progress and best times; this action also resets the locally stored settings because the current implementation clears all App preferences.
Android Settings > Apps > Number Path > Storage can also remove App data. Android device backup, restore, or system migration may be governed by Android and your device settings; Lumina Logic does not operate that system service. Because the App does not create an online account, there is no Lumina Logic server account or server profile to delete.
8. Security
The App limits its own data handling to local preferences needed for gameplay and does not provide a server that receives those preferences. Local data is protected by the storage and access controls provided by Android. Device security, encryption, backups, operating-system access controls, and any external app you choose to use are controlled by Android or the relevant service provider. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so keep your device and operating system updated.
9. Children and Target Audience
The App does not require personal information or account creation to play. Lumina Logic does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. The Google Play target-audience and content declarations are maintained separately in Play Console and must accurately reflect the intended audience. Parents and guardians should supervise a child’s use of external sharing, browser, or Google Play features. Do not include personal information in a message shared through another app.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can play offline, change sound, haptics, and theme in Settings, reset local progress, decline to use Share, and choose whether to open external links. You may also request information about the App’s data handling by contacting us. Since the App does not maintain an online account or server profile, account access, portability, and server-account deletion do not apply to the App’s current design. Any rights available under the law where you live remain unaffected.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App, its dependencies, or its data practices change, or when legal or platform requirements change. We will update the effective date shown in the App for a material revision. The current version should also be published at the public privacy-policy URL linked from Google Play. The policy and the Play Console Data safety declarations should be kept consistent with the release that is distributed.
