Lumina Routine: Habit Tracker is developed and published by Lumina Logic Studio.
This privacy policy explains how Lumina Routine handles user data. The app is designed as an offline habit companion for creating routines, tracking daily completion progress, and reviewing local habit statistics.

1. Information You Create in the App
When you use Lumina Routine, you may create habit-related information such as:
- Habit names and descriptions
- Habit categories and frequency
- Daily habit targets
- Habit color preferences
- Daily completion progress
- Daily reflections and mood logs
- Reminder preferences
- Archived or deleted habit status
This information is created by you and is stored locally on your device.
2. Local Data Storage
Lumina Routine stores your habit data locally on your device using an offline database.
- Your habit data is not sent to Lumina Logic Studio.
- Your habit data is not sent to a cloud server.
- Your habit data is not automatically shared with third-party services.
- Your habit data is not used for advertising or analytics.
3. Data Collection
Lumina Logic Studio does not collect or receive personal data from users through Lumina Routine.
The app does not request or automatically collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone data, or other sensitive personal information. You may choose to enter free-form text such as a habit name, note, or reflection; that content is stored locally and is not automatically transmitted by the app.
4. Internet and Cloud Services
Lumina Routine is designed to work offline. The app does not require an internet connection for creating, editing, completing, archiving, restoring, or deleting habits.
The app may provide a link to the web version of this privacy policy. Opening that link uses your device browser.
5. Backup and Sharing
The app can create a backup file when you choose Export Backup. The backup is generated locally and is only saved or shared through the destination you select using the Android file picker or share sheet.
Lumina Logic Studio does not receive or access these files. You are responsible for protecting any exported backup file.
6. Permissions
Lumina Routine does not request sensitive device permissions such as:
- Location
- Camera
- Microphone
- Contacts
- Calendar
- Photos or media library
- Broad file storage access
The app may request notification permission so you can receive an optional daily habit reminder. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and can be disabled at any time in Settings.
7. Data Sharing
Lumina Routine does not sell, rent, trade, or automatically share user habit data with third parties. If you choose to export or share a backup, the selected Android destination may receive that copy.
8. Advertising and Analytics
Lumina Routine does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking across apps or websites.
9. Third-Party Components
The app uses Flutter and local components for its database, preferences, file selection, sharing, URL opening, timezone handling, and local notifications. These components are configured in this app without an account, advertising, analytics, or cloud-sync service.
Android system services and any destination you select when sharing a backup may process information under their own policies.
10. Children’s Privacy
Lumina Routine is a general productivity and habit tracking app. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the app does not require login, analytics, advertising, or cloud sync, habit data remains local on the device.
11. User Control
You can manage your habit data directly inside the app. You can create, edit, mark habits as done for the day, reset daily progress, archive and restore habits, delete habits, undo a recent deletion, and export or restore a local backup.
When you delete a habit, it is hidden from active lists and retained locally as a recoverable deleted record until app data is cleared or replaced by a restore. Its local progress is not sent anywhere.
12. Uninstalling the App
If you uninstall Lumina Routine, the local app data stored on your device may be removed according to your device operating system behavior.
13. Data Security and Retention
The app stores its local database in the application-specific storage provided by Android. The app does not claim that this local database or exported JSON backup is encrypted. Protect your device and any exported backup with your device lock and appropriate storage controls.
Habit data, completion records, reflections, mood entries, and reminder preferences remain on the device for as long as the app data is retained. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling the app removes local app data according to Android behavior.
When you use Export Backup or the Android share sheet, a copy of the selected backup may be stored in or transmitted to a destination chosen by you. That destination is outside the control of Lumina Logic Studio and is governed by its provider’s terms and privacy policy.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Lumina Logic Studio may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or policy improvements.
If this policy is updated, the latest version will be made available through the app or the official web version.
