Terms of Service for MathIQ

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MathIQ mobile application operated by Lumina Logic.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Lumina Logic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Lumina Logic be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the App.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
